Sun Dried Tomato Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Tired of the same boring lunch? Then make this low carb, high protein SUN DRIED TOMATO COTTAGE CHEESE FLATBREAD, and fill it with your favorite wrap ingredients! It’s so flavorful, and puts a delicious spin on the viral recipe. You have to try it!



INGREDIENTS

1 cup cottage cheese

1 egg

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp garlic powder

2.5 oz sun dried tomatoes packed in extra virgin olive oil (about 5 pieces)


HOW TO MAKE

-Preheat oven to 350 and line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper.

-Grease parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray.

-Put all ingredients into a blender, and process until smooth, only takes a few seconds.

-Pour mixture onto parchment paper lined baking sheet, and spread evenly.

-Bake for 35-40 minutes.

-Let cool for a few minutes then remove from baking sheet.

-Fill with your favorite wrap/sandwich ingredients and enjoy!
